We do not provide licensed professional home evaluations, and nothing we provide is an appraisal, estimate, warranty, or guarantee of your property's condition or safety. Home Watch does not replace evaluation by qualified licensed professionals, a security or emergency-response service, or homeowners insurance.
Reports and photographs document observations at the time of a visit. They do not guarantee that a property is free of defects, that damage will be avoided, or that an insurance claim will be approved. Consult your insurer about policy requirements and qualified professionals about issues requiring specialist evaluation.
3. Consultation requests and service agreements
Submitting a website enquiry requests a response; it does not book a visit, establish property access, or create a service agreement. Service availability, scope, visit frequency, access arrangements, fees, payment terms, and cancellation or refund terms will be set out in a separate proposal or written service agreement.
